Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, academic profile, college list, essays, and documents — to deliver the InnoG Admissions service.
We use your data solely to operate the platform: showing your college list, tracking deadlines, storing essays, and connecting you with your counsellor (if applicable). We do not sell your data.
Data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the US. File uploads are stored in Supabase Storage.
Authentication is handled by Clerk. We do not store your password.
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@innog.com.
